Welcome. You’re looking at the beach just down the hill from my house on Vashon Island, WA. I’m a nutritionist who enjoys teaching, writing, and doing research in conventional and unconventional areas of nutrition. After 30 years on faculty at Bastyr University, I founded Buck Levin Publications to create digital books and teaching tools that explore nutrition and our world.
